We have enjoyed living here as Hayling combines the best of all worlds, semi rural seaside town & country. The views of the sea are MAGNIFICENT and I feel living on the coast is beneficial to a healthy lifestyle. I shall be sad to sell, however, we have discovered sailing in retirement so need to downsize to finance our next adventure. I am sure the new owner will love it here as much as we did!
